THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-12, is Plaintiff and UV CITE III LLC; NOELIX MARTINEZ; PABLO IZAGUIRRE; LAKE BRANDON ASSOCIATION, INC.; EDGEWATER AT LAKE BRANDON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC., are defendants. Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16TH day of February, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 27, EDGEWATER AT LAKE BRANDON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGES 73 THROUGH 86 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
