NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 14-008236-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT1, is Plaintiff and MARY A. WALTERS A/K/A MARY ANN WALTERS A/K/A MARY WALTERS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; TIERRA VERDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ALHAMBRA NH, L.L.C D/B/A ALHAMBRA HEALTH AND REHABILITATION CENTER; BORISLAV RATKOVIC; MIRA RATKOVIC; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; CITY OF ST.PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10TH day of FEBRUARY, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 36, TIERRA VERDE UNIT ONE FIRST REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGES 85, 86 AND 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
