LOT 199 OF PARCEL D1 OF CASCADE AT ESTERO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 54 THROGH 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
