HAMERSMA, SETTLOR, DATED JANUARY 9, 1984; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., LINDA K. HAMERSMA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 5 N/K/A JOSEPH HUGHEY and UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES UNDER DECLARATION OF TRUST OF JACK E. HAMERSMA, SETTLOR, DATED JANUARY 9, 1984., are the Defendant. The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com On February 16, 2021 at 10:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
