The action was instituted in the County Court, Orange County, Florida, and is styled Millennia Park Homeowners Association, Inc. v. Jose Rodriguez Suarez, et al. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to, STAGE LAW FIRM, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7635 Ashley Park Court, Suite 503 Orlando, Florida 32835 on or before 30 Days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
