Bostwick ; George W. Bostwick, as Trustee, of the George W. and Geraldine S. Bostwick Trust dated August 5, 1996; Unknown Beneficiaries of the George W. and Geraldine S. Bostwick Trust dated August 5, 1996; APRIL MCCASKILL, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE GEORGE W. AND GERALDINE S. BOSTWICK TRUST DATED AUGUST 5, 1996; OBOUGH T. BOSTWICK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE GEORGE W. AND GERALDINE S. BOSTWICK TRUST DATED AUGUST 5, 1996; ONEKA D. BOSTWICK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE GEORGE W. AND GERALDINE S. BOSTWICK TRUST DATED AUGUST 5, 1996; GERALDINE SAINTVILLE, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE GEORGE W. AND GERALDINE S. BOSTWICK TRUST DATED AUGUST 5, 1996 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 12th day of February, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK C, AND THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF LOT 19, J.S. LOVELESS ADDITION TO WINTER GARDEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOKS Q, E, PAGES 114, 90 RESPECTIVELY, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
