NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 08, 2021, entered in Case No.: 2020 CA 1677 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein JOSEPH L. RICH; LINDA RICH; CENTER CREST RV LOT OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; POLK COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR, are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on February 11, 2021 by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the above prescribed date at website www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
