YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking to quiet title and to determine beneficiaries concerning real property located in Collier County, Florida, which has a physical address of 3651 22nd Avenue Southeast, Naples, Florida 34117, and is described as follows:
The West 75 feet of the West 150 feet of Tract 52, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 86, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 25, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before March 18, 2021 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title and to Determine Beneficiaries.
