NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 19, 2020, entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-000072 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR HILLDALE TRUST, is Plaintiff and PAMELA SHROUT; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on February 16, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
