Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 3, 2020, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
UNIT D, IN BUILDING 8415, PHASE I OF MARTY-LEE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES TO SAID UNIT, INCLUDING THE RESPECTIVE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS RELATING TO SAID UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4422, PAGES 1777 THROUGH 1833 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8415 N ALBANY AVE #D, TAMPA, FL 33604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on MARCH 11, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
