NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2020, and entered in 19-CA-005261 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE CIM TRUST 2016-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2016-1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF COLLEEN A. BROGAN A/K/A COLLEEN A. BROGAN-WEHNER, DECEASED; CLARICE BROGAM A/K/A CLARICE BROGAN; FRANCIS BROGAN; OAK TRACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
