ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-BC1 is the Plaintiff and JULIO MENDOZA A/K/A JULIO C. MENDOZA; and RITA R CACERES are the Defendant(s). Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 15, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
