NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 19-CA-004541 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Cindy Cokel a/k/a Cindy Jo Cokel, Deceased; Jennifer Lynn Blair a/k/a Jennifer L. Blair f/k/a Jennifer Lynn Cokel f/k/a Jennifer L. Cokel; and Marinatown Village, a Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the February 24, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 127, OF MARINATOWN VILLAGE, SECTION I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN O.R. BOOK 1568, PAGE 2013, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 2230; PAGE 2108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
