NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment filed on January, 2021, entered in Case No. 20-CA-832, of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MICHAEL C. BAKER A/K/A MICHAEL BAKER, KATIE L. BAKER, BELLA TERRA OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT NO.1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on Feb 18, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale, on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com website, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:

NOTICE Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
