Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 25 day of January, 2021, and entered in case No. 20-CC-3938 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and QUINN STRANG is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of February, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 213, Building 4, of The Towers Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1411, Page(s) 1262, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
