YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, PIPERS GLEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 8-C, PIPERS GLEN CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4450, Page 988, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 23, Page 12, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1573 Amberlea Drive S., Dunedin, Florida 34698
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
