UNIT #102, OF FAIRWAY VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK A COOPERATIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MASTER FORM PROPRIETARY LEASE AGREEMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8307, PAGE 1600 THROUGH 1627, OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA FROM THE 21 DAY OF AUGUST, FOREVER IN 1997 CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS CONTAINED IN THE MASTER FORM PROPRIETARY LEASE AGREEMENT WHICH AGREEMENT AND ALL PRESENT AND FUTURE AMENDMENTS THERETO ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, THE ORIGINAL OF WHICH IS MAINLINED IN THE OFFICE OF THE ASSOCIATION AT 1100 S. THE PERCENTAGE OF SHARING IN THE COMMON EXPENSES AND COMMON SURPLUS AND EQUITY OWNERSHIP FOR THE ABOVE CAPTIONED MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE IN FAIRWAY VILLAGE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION, INC., IS 1/751 AND IS ALLOCATED EQUALLY TO EACH SHARE ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING AND MAY NOT BE CHANGED EXCEPT WITH THE RESIDENT'S WRITTEN CONSENT. A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28059 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 301, Clearwater, Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
