NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 21, 2021, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
EMORY BUILDING Unit 102 from the Condominium of FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 304, a condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 17 through 19, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4138, Page 707, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on February 24, 2021.
