NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order Resetting Sale of Property, entered in Civil Case No. 20000990CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein 1520 South College, LLC is the Plaintiff and Gary Van Driel is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 a.m. on August 11, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment, to-wit:
2.5 acres of Government Lot 2, Gasparilla Island, in Section 27, Township 42 South, Range 20 East (or from Title Search: Twenty acres, more or less, on South end of Little Gasparilla Island, being a part of Lot 2, in Section 27, Township 42 South, Range 20 East. Beginning at meander corner of Government survey on East side of Little Gasparilla Island, running Southerly 985 feet 62 degrees 30 seconds West to place of beginning, thence West 1021 feet to Gulf side of Island, 1375 feet South from meander corner on Gulf side of Island, thence running around point of Island 2424 feet back to the place of beginning, according to Government Survey as described on map and filed in Gainesville, Florida.) (Property Appraiser's No. 0070364-000000-3).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
