NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING AND
REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' MEETING
The Board of Supervisors of the Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District (the “District”) will hold an Audit Committee meeting and regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on July 9, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at the offices of Schroeder-Manatee Ranch, Inc., located at 14400 Covenant Way, Lakewood. The regular meeting will take place immediately following the adjournment of the Audit Committee meeting where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it. The Audit Committee will review, discuss and rank the the proposals received to perform the audit for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021, as previously advertised in accordance with Florida law. A copy of the agendas may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, PFM Group Consulting LLC located at 12051 Corporate Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32817, (407) 723-5900, during normal business hours.
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.

Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board or the Committee with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
