NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2021, and entered in 2020-CA-003446 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2018-2, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JULIA LEE ROBERSON, DECEASED; SHERRI DIANE RAPLEY; CAPITAL ONE, N.A.; FREDERICK A. RAPLEY; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; and THE HEALTH LAW FIRM, P.A. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
