NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 31, 2021 in this case in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the real property described as:
Lot 11, Block 18, ASBEL ESTATES PHASE 3, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 59, Pages 39 through 52, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 18507 Dajana Ave, Land O Lakes, FL 34638 will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on July 19, 2021, at 11:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
