NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2021, and entered in 2019CA000725CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QH6 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANTHONY R. MAININIM A/K/A ANTHONY RALPH MAININI, DECEASED; CHRISTOPHER MAININI; TONI-ANNE MAININI; ALYSSA MAININI; ANTHONY MAININI, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH HIS NATURAL GUARDIAN, TERESA MAININI; and MARCELLO MAININI, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH HIS NATURAL GUARDIAN, TERESA MAININI are the Defendant(s).
