YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described real property, lying and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Lot 74, SOUTHBAY YACHT & RACQUET CLUB, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 27, 27A through 27F, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Said property having a street address of 105 Yacht Harbor Drive, Osprey, Florida 34229.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Michael W. Cochran, Esq., Law Offices of Wells | Olah | Cochran, P.A., Esq., 1800 Second Street, Suite 808, Sarasota, FL 34236, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before or after service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
