Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered on June 28, 2021, the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Hillsborough County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 10 and Westerly portion of Lot 9, BLOCK 34 OF GOLFLAND RESUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Bool 29 pages 47-47A of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Said Westerly portion of Lot 9 being described as follows:
begin at the Northwest corner of said Lot 9 and run North 86 degrees 45 minutes East, 56.20 feet along the Northerly boundary of said Lot 9; thence South 18 Degrees 58 minutes East, 132.82 feet to a point on the Southerly boundary of said Lot 9, Lying North 59 degrees 23 minutes East, 23.10 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 9, thence South 59 degrees23 minutes West, 23.10 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 9, thence North 30 degrees 37 minutes West 155.92 feet, along Westerly boundary of said Lot 9 to the Point of Beginning
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on August 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. on Hillsborough County's Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made by 12:00 p.m. the next business day.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
