FSB. D/B/A CHRISTINA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2014-C is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL HIMSCHOOT; HEATHER HIMSCHOOT; LAGUNA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; BEVERLY HILLS AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC.; MIDWESTONE BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CENTRAL BANK A/K/A CENTRAL BANK SOUTHWEST FLORIDA; MONTEREY AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on July 22, 2021 at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
