NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2021, and entered in Case No. 52-2019-CA-003472 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and , Bobbie Mook, Danielle Corriveau a/k/a Danielle Murphy, Jaeleigh Freyberger, Jonathan Goens a/k/a Jonny Goens, Kristen N. Harter, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Cheryl A. Broomes, deceased, Raymond Corriveau, Jr., Denise Dean, Robert Corriveau, United States of America acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the July 28, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
