NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Reformation of Deed filed September 4, 2018 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 6, 2021 and entered in Case No. 17-00330-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY M. TICE; JENNIFER L.TICE; NANA D. HENDRICKS A/K/A NANA HENDRICKS;; ALBERT TICE F/K/A UNKNOWN TENANT(S), are Defendant(s), Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of Court on will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on August 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. on at on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
