CITY OF DUNEDIN Architectural Design Services for the Highlander Park Aquatic Complex RFQ 21-1187
The City of Dunedin, Florida, is soliciting qualifications/submittals from firms (the “Consultant”) qualified to provide professional architectural services required to develop a Master Plan for the site and to provide architectural services required for the design, permitting and construction of the aquatic complex. The City intends to replace Highlander Pool located in Highlander Park at 1937 Ed Eckert Drive Dunedin, FL. 34698. The new aquatic complex will be located in the same general location. The new aquatic complex shall be compliant with all State, County, City and all other code/legal requirements. The selected Consultant will also be responsible for providing a detailed and reasonable cost estimate for the construction of the new aquatic complex.
