Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Second Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 19, 2021, and Order Rescheduling Sale entered on June 25, 2021, in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain parcel of land consisting of Unit A, Building 2, as shown on Condominium plat of BARCLEY ESTATES CONDOMINIUM No. 2, a condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 36, Pages 60 and 61, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed August 30th, 1979 in Official Records Book 4905, Pages 1485 through 1528, as amended in Official Records Book 4941, Page 377 and in Official Records Book 4966, Page 155, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with a undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
