NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 5-203, of THE BENTLEY AT COBB'S LANDING, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Book 14748, Page 1703, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 3274 Haviland Court, #203, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 29, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
