NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2021, and entered in 18-006123-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LOANCARE, LLC is the Plaintiff and BOBBIE LEA OSBURN; HIDDEN BAY VILLAS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 20, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 110, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF HIDDEN BAY VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 94 THROUGH 95, AND REFILED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED DECEMBER 14, 1979 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4956, PAGES 1887 THROUGH 1928, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIMETO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
