PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of membership of the above entitled Corporation, will take place on the 25th day of July, 2021, at 11:00 AM at 415 67th Ave. W., Bradenton, Florida 34207.
The special meeting is being held to vote on the following:
To consider the advisability of dissolving the corporation as set forth in the attached Resolution by the Board of Directors/Deacons/Trustees and if the vote of the membership is in the affirmative, to Adopt A Plan of Distribution and direct that Articles of Dissolution be filed with the Division of Corporations.
