The property herein described is as follows:
Unit 104, Building 2, MIRAMAR LAGOONS AT LAKEWOOD RANCH, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2038, Page 6911, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 34, Page 1, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as “the property”).
With a street address of 8439 Miramar Way, Unit 104, Building 2, Bradenton, FL 34202.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an Amended Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien and for money damages has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, MIRAMAR AT LAKEWOOD RANCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER (SARASOTA-MANATEE EDITION).
