NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of June 2021 and entered in Case No. 2020CA-003505-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and LARRY PATE A/K/A LARRY THOMPSON PATE SR AKA LAWRENCE THOMPSON PATE SR; W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of August 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 49, COUNTRY TRAILS PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 38-41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1997 REDMAN TRINITY MOBILE HOME, SERIAL NO. FLA14610935A AND FLA14610935B,TITLE NUMBERS. 71569550 AND 71569552
