NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2018CA-004011-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6, is Plaintiff and RICKEY WHITE A/K/A RICKEY V. WHITE; CATHERINE MOORE A/K/A CATHERINE LESTER F/K/A CATHERINE WHITE A/K/A CATHERINE M. WHITE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE MOORE A/K/A CATHERINE LESTER F/K/A CATHERINE WHITE A/K/A CATHERINE M. WHITE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 13th day of August, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
