NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019CA000558CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC8, Plaintiff, and PABLO GARCIA A/K/A PABLO A. GARCIA; DIANA M. GARCIA A/K/A DIANA MILENA GARCIA; CONCORD STATION COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JUDY CONN, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A THOMAS CONN, are Defendants.
