NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2021, and Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale in Case No. 2019CA003817CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein TD Bank, N.A., is Plaintiff, and Estate of Carl R. Orth, et al., are Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 3, 2021, the following described properties as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 24, FOREST LAKE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 18 THROUGH 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THEN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
