NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2020, and entered in 2020CA000257CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLEY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE NEW RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2019-1 is the Plaintiff and SYLVIA PEREZ are the Defendant(s). Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 26, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
