NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment dated June 16, 2021, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 22, 2021, beginning at 11:00 A.M., located in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier county Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 the following described property:

Unit No. 102, Building 27, Phase XXIX of Cherry Oaks at Fiddler's Creek, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3695, Page 1863, as amended in O.R. Book 3983, Page 2796, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
