Grieco; Meadows Edge Community Association, Inc.; Stephen Pashoian; Service Finance Company, LLC; any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Unknown tenant whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee. realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM. on the 18 day of August, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
