STATE OF FLORIDA, County of LEE. In the Matters of the Estate of SANDRA KAYE EDGAR, deceased, date of birth: June 9, 1941, and the SANDRA KAYE EDGAR TRUST, dated December 18, 2003.
TO ALL CREDITORS:
NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The Decedent, and Settlor of the SANDRA KAYE EDGAR TRUST, SANDRA KAYE EDGAR, who lived at 19259 Vintage Trace Circle, Village of Estero, Florida 33967, died on March 20, 2021. The SANDRA KAYE EDGAR TRUST was established on December 18, 2003.
Creditors of the decedent/settlor are notified that all claims against the Estate of SANDRA KAYE EDGAR, deceased, and the SANDRA KAYE EDGAR TRUST will be forever barred unless presented to Jeffrey A. Edgar, Successor Trustee of the SANDRA KAYE EDGAR TRUST, within 3 months of publication of this notice.
