NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 22, 2021, and entered in Case No .19-004864CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein QUICKEN LOANS, LLC, Plaintiff and CONNOR CHRISTENSEN, IF LIVING, AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CONNOR CHRISTENSEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CONNOR CHRISTENSEN; EDGEMOOR NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 28th day of July, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
