NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 21st of June 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-002949-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KENNETH MINGLE A/K/A KEN MINGLE; SEMINOLE HILL VILLAS RESIDENT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; TERRYE GUTHE; JANIS LYNN BROOME GRIFFIN; LORRI WAGNER; CHARLOTTE SCALF; GARY KIRKLAND; JEFFERY KIRKLAND A/K/A JEFFREY KIRKLAND; JACKIE HAUN; BRENDA KIRKLAND; JASON KIRKLAND; STEPHANIE KIRKLAND; JOSHUA KIRKLAND; JAMES BROOME; DAVID BROOME; REBECCA EARNHARDT; JOSEPH HAZELWOOD; KATHY MARLOW; MICHAEL HAZELWOOD; CHERYL ANN BROOME; JEANETTE BRADLEY; GERALD FLANAGAN; PHILIP FLANAGAN; WILLIAM TODD BROOKS; MICHAEL COURTNEY; BRIAN COURTNEY; MATTHEW COURTNEY; LEE COURTNEY; THOMAS COURTNEY; JOHN DOUGLAS COURTNEY; RONALD MINGLE; MICHAEL LEE MINGLE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2,. NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2 AT PAGE(S) 59, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2744, PAGE(S) 322, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS PERTAINING THERETO.
