NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 19-005111-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TRUIST BANK, formerly known as BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, Plaintiff and DONALD J. GROSSMAN are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 11, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 186, CRESCENT OAKS COUNTRY CLUB COVENTRY PHASE 6, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 114, PAGES 82 THROUGH 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS IF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
