NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2021, and entered in 21-000908-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CIM TRUST 2019-R4, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2019-R4 is the Plaintiff and FRANCES E. MILLER A/K/A FRANCES MOODY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 28, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, GREENDALE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECPRDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
