NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-000394-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF ACM STANWICH ALAMOSA 2020 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and CLINTON WILLIAMS, SR. A/K/A CLINTON WILLIAMS A/K/A CLINTON WILLLIAMS; THE ESTATES AT LAKE CLARICE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on August 18, 2021 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
