NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 1, 2021 and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-002998-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JAVIER ESTRADA; SANDRA ESTRADA; METROWEST UNIT FIVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Tiffany M. Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2ND day of AUGUST, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 149, METROWEST UNIT FIVE/ SECTION 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 15 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
