NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to The Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 06, 2021 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on August 17, 2021, at 11:00 AM, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
The West 200 feet of the East 296 feet of the North 330 feet of Lot 3 of Subdivision of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 17 East.
