Final Judgment was awarded on September 28, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2010CA004497, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and ALEXANDER W. KINLAW; MARYLU S. KINLAW; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 1, AND 100.0 FEET SOUTHERLY THEREFROM, A DISTANCE OF 209.29 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING AND LYING IN SECTION 24 TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR BAYSHORE DRIVE.
